Accounts from Russia, India, Nigeria, Indonesia, Peru or Mexico posing as “patriotic” Americans, “ultraconservative” Israelis, “anti-EU” Europeans or “anti-woke” Spaniards — an artificial army funded by Moscow and other autocracies to divide democracies and spread hate.

For years, warnings were mocked. Today it’s undeniable:
