Shipping policy

At Eurocrazy™, we work to deliver every order as quickly and responsibly as possible. All our shipments come from trusted suppliers located in democratic countries, committed to ethical production, sustainability and the values we stand for. Delivery times vary depending on the collection and the type of product, as some items are produced on demand while others are shipped from European warehouses.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as selected regions in the European Economic Area such as Norway and Iceland. Some remote or island territories may be excluded or have different delivery conditions depending on the carrier.

Processing and Delivery Times

Different collections follow different production and fulfilment processes. Eurocrazy™ Collections are produced on demand, created individually for each customer.

Because each piece is made after the order is placed, production requires additional time before shipping. Most deliveries arrive between four and nine business days within the European Union, although busy periods may extend these timeframes slightly.

Other collections such as footwear, homeware, family and kids’ items are shipped directly from European warehouses. Orders within the EU generally arrive within three to eight business days once dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on stock levels and seasonal demand.

All delivery estimates are approximate and may vary during peak moments such as Black Friday or the Christmas season.

Shipping Costs

Eurocrazy™ offers free shipping on all orders over €59. Orders below this amount carry a simple flat-rate shipping fee of €3.99. This model helps us maintain transparent pricing, reduce unnecessary transport and minimise environmental impact.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link. You can check the status of your delivery at any time through the carrier’s platform.

Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing an order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer. These situations fall outside the responsibility of Eurocrazy™, as carriers return parcels automatically when delivery is not possible.

Additional Notes

Depending on the items purchased, your order may arrive in more than one package if products are shipped from different warehouses. External factors such as carrier delays, strikes, customs processes within the EU or severe weather may occasionally affect delivery times. Orders placed during promotional periods may require additional processing due to increased demand.
