Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products and operate the Service.

Some items—especially our Eurocrazy Collections (produced on demand)—are created individually once an order is placed. Availability, production times, and shipping estimates may vary.

Refuse or cancel orders when necessary (e.g., suspected fraud)
2.2 Product descriptions
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, variations may occur depending on your device, monitor, and lighting.
2.3 Incorrect or incomplete addresses
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or fails to claim a package, Eurocrazy is not responsible for the failed delivery.
A fixed re-shipping fee may apply (see Refund Policy).

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may update prices without prior notice.
By placing an order, you agree to:

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Once an order leaves our fulfillment partners (Printful or Hertwill), delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.

Standard items: 30-day return window
Eurocrazy Collections (produced on demand):
No returns for size or change of mind
Defective or damaged items: Always eligible for replacement or refund
Restocking fee: May apply to standard item returns
Incorrect address / unclaimed packages: Customer covers re-shipping fees
