🌱 In short

You have 30 days to return standard items.

Some items are produced on demand and cannot be returned for size or change of mind.

🔁 General Returns (Standard Items)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

You can provide the order number or proof of purchase.

The item is not excluded for hygiene or production reasons (e.g. underwear, socks, personal care items, gift cards).

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

⚠️ Restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to standard items to cover inspection, handling and processing costs associated with returns, except when the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

🌀 Exception: Eurocrazy Collections (Produced on Demand)

Eurocrazy Collections are created individually for each order. This helps us avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and uphold our commitment to ethical and responsible manufacturing.

Because these items are produced on demand:

❌ Returns for size or change of mind are not accepted.

Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

✅ Returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 30 days and include:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packing slip

Your order number

⚠️ Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is not claimed in time, Eurocrazy is not responsible for the failed delivery.

A fixed re-shipping fee of €9,90€ applies to cover new shipping and handling costs.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you live in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are produced on demand, personalized, or made specifically for you.

For all other items, this 14-day withdrawal period runs in parallel with our 30-day return policy.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
